Adopting advanced technology, coating PTFE film from 5 to 10μm around the O-ring rubber elastomer or dressing PTFE sheet from 0.15 to 0.45mm on the surface of O-ring rubber elastomer, we can get the excellent self-lubrication properties.

Type-A.

The rubber elastomer of Type-A self-lubrication O-ring can be FKM or FPM.Coated PTFE crystal film from 5 to 10μm on the surface by fluoration reaction, this kind of O-ring has ductility as rubber elastomer

Be applicable for reciprocating movement even without lubricant ,working temperature≤250℃, vibration frequency

≤5Hz.

Type-B

According to diverse operating mode, Type-B self-lubrication O-ring’s elastomer can be made of fluorocarbon rubber (FPM), silicon rubber (MVQ), nit rile rubber (NBR), terpolymer EP rubber (EPDM), polyacrylate (ACM) etc.

By recombining the PTFE sheet to the rubber elastomer, (the PTFE sheet is from 0.15 to 0.45mm ), we make the O-ring not only has good properties of self-lubrication and wear resistance ,but also has the elasticity as rubber elastomer.

Scope of application: high velocity, high frequency reciprocating movement conditions. But the O-ring should not be stretched when it is assembled.
