•Recombined the PTFE sheet to the rubber elastomer, the plank can get the properties of resistance to corrosion and hard to be adhered. Accordance with the working temperature, the rubber can be one of the follows:FKM,FPM (upper temperature limit＋ 250 ℃),MVQ(upper temperature limit ＋ 200 ℃), EPDM ( upper temperature limit 150 ℃),CR(upper temperature limit +120℃), NBR(upper temperature limit 80 ℃).

The plank have three layers. The first layer is PTFE, the second layer rubber, the third layer steel sheet. The surface is resistant to strong acid, alkali and self-lubricant.
